Mr. Abdus Samad. With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and over ten years of industrial   experience, he has developed expertise in maintenance engineering and project management. Having expertise with a strong track record of optimizing equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and reducing costs. Skilled in implementing preventive maintenance strategies, diagnosing complex issues, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations in manufacturing/commercial environments for maximizing productivity and enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Mr. Samad leads the maintenance team of IWM overseeing the power generation plant(diesel), solar power generation system, substation, HVAC system, water treatment plant, rainwater plant, lift services, and fire detection and protection systems with related different equipment’s. He is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and optimal performance of these critical systems, while implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

He, ensuring full compliance with safety standards and regulations and maintaining documents as per ISO protocol.
