Mr. Lahit has a results-driven and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with over 6 years of diversified experience in the construction industry, specializing in quantity surveying, project planning, cost estimation, quality control and site supervision. Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure and industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines and budget constraints. Adept in preparing and reviewing BOQs, developing project schedules using MS project and CPM methodologies and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for successful project delivery. Known for providing strategic feedback to senior management and maintaining strong compliance with QA/QC standards and safety regulations. Eager to contribute technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive successful outcomes within a progressive and growth-oriented organization.
